HOW TO USE

• Choose the grit
• #80 Grit (Coarse): Thick callus, hard skin, rough heels
• #120 Grit (Medium): Smoothing, finishing, maintenance
• Attach the sanding disc
• Peel and stick (if adhesive-backed) or press onto the disc base (depending on your tool type).
• Make sure it’s centered and firmly attached.
• Prepare feet
• Soak feet 5–10 minutes or use on dry skin (best results depend on your routine).
• Dry feet well if soaked.
• File gently
• Move in light, even strokes over callused areas.
• Do not press too hard; avoid sensitive or broken skin.V
• Finish & care
• Use #120 to smooth after removing rough skin with #80.
• Rinse/wipe feet, apply foot cream, and moisturize.
• Replace when worn
• Remove the used disc and replace with a new one for clean, effective results.
