Returns and Exchanges

To return or exchange a product, send it to TDI with a copy of your invoice. You will be given credit (minus postage costs) upon receipt of the material. When exchanging a product, return the product and place a new order. A return authorization number is not required.

*For most items the return window is 15 days after delivery.

TDI Return Policy

Items shipped from TDI can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact Customer Service to file a claim.

Color Accuracy

We have made every effort to make the colors on screen as accurate as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact color match of the on screen color to the colors of the actual products and the color appearing on screen should not be relied on as being such. Colors on screen may vary depending on your screen settings and resolution.
