DESCRIPTION

• INSTANT CAT EYE #36 Holographic Multi-Chrome Shift is a holographic magnetic gel polish with a brilliant rainbow multi-chrome shimmer. It creates a dazzling cat eye effect with sparkling color shifts and a glossy, multidimensional finish.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Prepare nails and apply Base Coat. Cure.
2. Apply one coat of Black Diamond Galaxy and cure.
3. Apply a second coat, hold a cat eye magnet over the nail for 5–10 seconds to create the effect, then cure.
4. Finish with Top Coat and cure.
5. Wipe if using a non-no-wipe top coat.
