HOW TO USE
For Nail Carbide Drill Bits1. Pre-Cleaning
- Remove all visible debris, dust, and nail residue from carbide drill bits.
- Ultrasonic cleaning or manual brushing is recommended.
- Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before packaging.
2. Loading the Pouch
- Insert nail carbide drill bits into the pouch with cutting heads facing inward and away from the seal.
- Use holders or spacing to prevent bits from touching each other when possible.
- Do not overfill; allow free circulation of sterilizing agent.
3. Sealing
- Remove the protective strip from the self-adhesive flap.
- Fold flap over onto the paper side.
- Press firmly along the entire seal to ensure uniform adhesion and airtight closure.
4. Autoclave Sterilization
- Place sealed pouches flat or on edge in the autoclave tray.
- Ensure paper side faces the sterilant flow.
- Run the appropriate sterilization cycle according to autoclave manufacturer guidelines
5. Sterilization Verification
- After cycle completion, inspect the chemical indicator.
- Confirm color change indicates successful sterilization.
- If indicator has not changed, contents must not be used.

6. Storage
- Store sterilized pouches in a clean, dry, dust-free environment.
- Avoid crushing, bending, or puncturing the pouch.
- Do not use if pouch is torn or seal is compromised.

7. Opening for Use
- Peel open the pouch carefully at the seal.
- Present nail carbide drill bits aseptically without touching sterile surfaces.
- Discard pouch after single use.
