HOW TO USE

1. Prep nails by cleansing, shaping, and applying a thin base coat.
2. Apply a thin layer of CRE8TION MOONLIGHT Cat Eye Gel; hold a magnet over the wet gel to form the cat eye effect, then cure.
3. Apply a second coat if desired, repeat magnet technique and cure.
