HOW TO USE

1. Prep nails: clean, shape, and lightly buff the nail surface.
2. Apply a thin base coat and cure under a UV/LED lamp.
3. Apply a thin layer of the Cat Eye gel; hold a magnetic tool over the wet layer to create the cat eye effect, then cure.
