DESCRIPTION

• Replacement PC board assembly designed for the MEDICOOL Pro Power 20K nail drill. This new version provides improved performance, stable power control, and reliable operation—and is fully compatible with older versions for easy replacement.
• NOTE: The parts are not returnable. that once a particular component or part has been purchased, it cannot be returned to the seller for a refund, exchange, or credit.

INSTRUCTIONS

• Power Off & Unplug
  Turn off the unit and unplug it from the power source. Allow a few minutes for any stored power to discharge.

• Open the Housing
  Remove the screws on the bottom or back panel of the control box. Carefully lift off the cover.

• Locate the PC Board
  Identify the existing PC board assembly inside the unit.

• Disconnect Wiring
  Gently unplug all wire connectors from the old board.
  ? Tip: Take a photo first to remember wire positions.

• Remove the Old Board
  Unscrew the mounting screws holding the PC board and lift it out carefully.

• Install the New PC Board
  Place the new version PC board into position and secure it with the original screws.

• Reconnect Wires
  Reconnect all wire connectors firmly, matching the original layout.

• Reassemble the Unit
  Close the housing and reinstall all screws.

• Test the Unit
  Plug in the unit, power it on, and test speed control and operation before full use.
