Terms and Policies

Damaged/Defective Items Claim:

PLEASE INSPECT GOOD(S) IMMEDIATELY, all claims must be made within 7 days from receiving date.

For damaged claims, please take pictures of the damaged items and email to claims@transdesign.com.

Lost Package Claim:

Domestic Shipment: It is extremely rare for a domestic package to go missing/lost as tracking and signature acceptance services are always included.

International Shipment: Expected delivery time is not always accurate due to delays in transit and/or custom clearance. United States Postal Service (USPS) cannot provide tracking details after the package has left the United States.

Please wait at least 45 days before making a missing claim. To make a claim, please contact claims@transdesign.com with your Invoice # or Order # and indicate whether you want a resend or refund.


We strive to keep our prices as low as possible. However, due to unexpected demand, our published prices are subject to change without notice. We will, therefore, invoice merchandise at the prices prevailing at the time of shipping.

Sales Tax:

Georgia customers will be invoiced GA State sales tax, unless exemption certificate is furnished to seller.

Exchanging an item for a different item:

If you would like a different item, all you need to do is return your item for a refund (if eligible) and then place a new order for the item you want. Please see below for returning an item.


If you are not completely satisfied with any products, you may return it for a credit or refund (minus shipping & handling) within 15 days of the invoice date.

All returns must be in the original packaging with manual and warranty card. Customer is responsible for shipping charges plus insurance (if applicable) when returning good(s) to us.

All incomplete returns (missing parts) or returns after 15 days of the invoice date are subject to a minimum 20% restocking.  Please call customer service at (404) 363-2933 to obtain a return authorization number. Return without a RA# will NOT be accepted.

International Order have until 45 days after receiving the package. Note: After 45 days NO exchange and NO returns.

Non-Returnable Product:

Special order, custom order, and private label products are not returnable.

Special or Private Label Order:

30% of total order will need to deposit for private label order and special order. The deposit will not be returned if you cancel the order.

Once your return is received, it will be processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive an email notification when your return is received and when it is processed by the claims & returns department.

If paid by Credit Card, your billing address must match with your card billing address. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, your order will put on hold until verification is completed before it can be processed and shipped.

Note: If billing address, credit card billing address and shipping address matched, your order will ship out within 24 hours.


Freight will be added at the time of shipment.


Only manufacturer's warranty is available. If the merchandise is defective please contact the manufacturer directly. We may be able to help our customers by contacting the manufacturers on their behalves but it does not imply nor express our liability over the products.

Warranties that are specifically described to be provided by us (transdesign.com) will not cover accident, misuse, abuse or neglect.

Error and Limited Quantity:

We reserve the right to limit quantities and correct print or illustration error. Some pictures for illustration purpose only.

Privacy Policy

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing: We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
